Biography

Chisaka Kuehnemann, PhD, is a Scientist III at the HNRCA in the Metabolism & Basic Biology of Aging research directive. Her research investigates how cellular senescence and some mechanisms of cell death shape innate immune responses, with a particular focus on the inflammatory processes that increase during aging and drive degenerative disease.
