Biography Yu-Chi Lee is a USDA-ARS postdoctoral research fellow at the HNRCA under the supervision of Dr. Chao-Qiang Lai. She received her Ph.D. in Nutrition at Tufts University. Her current research focuses on application of machine learning methods to big data analysis and phenotype prediction aimed to promote precision nutrition. Her research interests also include roles of genetic variants and dietary factors on epigenetic mechanisms, such as microRNA expression and DNA methylation, and gene-by-environment interactions in cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
