Andrew Reeves is a postdoctoral fellow at the Human Nutrition Research Center for Aging (HNRCA) in the laboratory of Dr. Andrew Greenberg. His current research involves how various genes affects inflammation and obesity-induced insulin resistance. Specifically, he is focusing on how polyunsaturated fatty acid metabolism contributes to production of inflammatory, and anti-inflammatory, signaling lipids that play a role in insulin resistance and other metabolic disorders.
